This project centres around the designing and showcasing the pendulum called Cadence" featured in the video. Cadence 1.618 is the sole element in motion designed to captivate the viewer's attention. By highlighting the pendant's movement, I aimed to create a focal point that draws the audience in, encouraging them to engage with the content on a deeper level.​
Cadence 1.618 is more than a pendulum; it's a kinetic sculpture, meticulously crafted to capture the essence of time in flowing motion. Each element is carefully balanced, creating a mesmerizing dance of light and shadow, a testament to the artistry of motion itself.
Why Cadence 1.618?
The pendulum is titled Cadence because the word revolves around rhythm and flow:. Cadence is the ​rhythmic flow of sound or motion. Cadence refers to a regular beat, rhythm, or pace.
Think of the cadence of marching soldiers, the cadence of music, or even the cadence of someone's speech. It implies a measured and often repeated pattern.
